Where the facts were not disclosed or willingly hidden which could have alter or buying decision of consumer ,this could be non-disclosure of weight ,utility or quality which most of the consumers expect out of the product or service .

When doesn’t perform obligation.

Where the consumer contracted for service or future tender of performance not obliged by the brand.

Return or refund.

As a common law in various countries when brand declare a product | service | quality |weight if the stated facts are not found then the brands mandatorily refund or exchange the product without asking question ,yet if they don’t than consumer could avail undermentioned resources.

Hence cheated or dissatisfied consumer could make online consumer complaints or could move to consumer forum \Consumer court for the redressal.
